          FAQs

          About Customization

Q: Do you support OEM/ODM and custom branding?
A: Yes. We have over 100+ copyrighted designs and multiple patents. We can customize colors, materials (including our exclusive Rainbow Glitter and Sparkle Plush), and print your logo. Our design team can also develop new styles based on your sketches.

          About Quality & Safety

Q: Are your school bags certified for the USA and European markets?
A: Absolutely. All our kids' products are CPC (Children's Product Certificate) certified and meet Amazon’s quality standards. We are an SGS & TUV verified factory, ensuring our materials are non-toxic, eco-friendly, and durable.

          About MOQ

Q: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: For ready-to-ship items, we support low MOQs to help you test the market. For custom OEM orders, MOQs typically start at 100 pieces per style depending on the material and complexity. Contact us for a specific quote.

          About Samples

Q: Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?
A: Yes, we encourage sample testing. We offer rapid prototyping services. Sample costs are generally refundable once the subsequent bulk order meets our agreed-upon quantity.

          About Shipping

Q: How do you handle shipping to the USA, Europe, or Africa?
A: We have established specialized logistics partnerships. We offer flexible sea, air, and express freight options. For most major regions, we provide door-to-door solutions with clear lead times to ensure your inventory arrives on schedule.
